Journey 1970 onwards. Every journey has its ups and downs and mine is no exception. I was picked up from Irwin Hospital, where I was working as honorary CMO in the casualty, to be posted at Holy family Hospital where I worked in various capacities in Medicine, Surgery & Pediatrics department. I would call this as the golden period of my just begun life. In 1972, I was selected as adhoc MO in CGHS and posted in Mumbai. The work was good, but the warmth of  "dilliwalas" brought me back to Delhi. I started my own clinic in Tagore Garden in 1974, parallelly associating myself with charitable organizations. Wedding bells rang for me in 1980 and I married Dr. Madhu, an ENT Specialist from Jabalpur. After her selection through UPSC, she joined as a regular specialist with Delhi Govt. and is due to retire in Feb 2015. We have a small and beautiful family - two loving daughters and sons-in-law, well-settled in life. God has blessed us with two angel like grand-daughters. Few years back, I chose to wind up my practice and lead a life in search of my own self. Currently, I am associated with Arya Samaj and its activities. This is just the beginning of the quest to discover.."Who I am". Grateful to the Almighty to have given me wonderful friends and family, who have made this journey even more beautiful and worthwhile. Hope to stay connected with you all.
